Exp: 8 Years
Visa: Any visa except OPT and CPT (PAssport number mandatory)
Loc: Louisville KY (Day 1 onsite)

8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in Hospitality / Restaurant domain
Hands-on experience in SCM (Supply Chain Management)
Good understanding of Finance processes (billing invoicing cost tracking reporting)
Experience working with ERP platforms (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / similar)
Strong experience in requirement gathering BRD FRD user stories
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience in process mapping gap analysis and workflow optimization
Hands-on experience with UAT and validation
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Strong communication and analytical skills
