Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM/CMDB implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing developing and supporting Discovery solutions in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions including MID Server configuration Probes Sensors and Patterns
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow Discovery providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support
- Analyze and resolve complex Discovery-related issues and ensure smooth platform performance
- Work extensively with agentless and agent-based Discovery
- Support and enhance CMDB and ITOM processes within ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Develop integrations and customizations using JavaScript XML and APIs
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery
- Good understanding of CMDB and ITOM
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks servers storage and applications
- Proficiency in JavaScript XML and API development
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Active ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- CIS Discovery certification
- Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow environments
