ServiceNow BCM Consultant

Responsibilities / Experience:

• Requirement Gathering & Workshops: Lead meetings with client stakeholders to gather business objectives and define process workflows.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Configure ServiceNow BCM modules (including Business Impact Analysis Business Continuity Planning Exercise Management and Crisis Management).
• Process Alignment: Ensure the customized ServiceNow setup complies with internal risk policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Testing & Deployment: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) triage defects and support cutover activities during deployment.
• Training & Documentation: Create solution documentation and deliver training sessions to end-users and client teams

• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Certification:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA): The foundational prerequisite for almost all ServiceNow roles.
• Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Risk and Compliance: Proves ability to implement GRC/IRM/BCM solutions
