Job Summary

Position: AI- Product Manager / Business Analyst/Program manager
Location: NYC NY Jersey City NJ

Salary: 120-130 K.

Experience:

6-8 years experience in defining and managing core products or business applications ideally through product management (strongly preferred) or equivalent roles.

Responsibilities:

Develop use cases personas and scenarios to present solutions effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering teams to build and deploy solutions with optimal resources.
Resolve development queries based on understanding customer business.
Scope and prioritize activities according to business and customer impact.
Provide input for QA test plans and certification assist in UAT certification.
Conduct regular competitors and market analysis to understand trends.

Technical Skills Must Have:

Solid understanding of cloud-based systems and industry-specific knowledge in Banking Finance Healthcare Web/Social etc.
Knowledgeable in software development and web technologies.
Working knowledge of Web Service concepts JavaScript/Java and JSON/XML.

Must have 4-6 years experience in roles like BA or PM in a product company (preferred) or a services company.

Exposure to developer tools coding/engineering and design experience is a plus.
Prototyping UI skills and experience with tools like Postman.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with sales and engineering teams.

Nice-to-Have:

AI/LLM Knowledge:
Understanding of AI and ML fundamentals particularly in model deployment and lifecycle management.
Exposure to natural language processing especially LLMs with hands-on experience in fine-tuning or applying pre-trained models in product use cases.
Familiarity with AI-driven features such as intelligent data processing recommendation engines and customer interaction enhancements.

Agile/Process Skills:
Practical knowledge of Agile and iterative development experience in managing and delivering AI-enhanced projects.
Prior experience in working closely with cross-functional AI/ML and data science teams.

Process Skills:

General SDLC process knowledge.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong in gathering/documenting user requirements and writing technical specs.

Behavioral Skills:

Proactive positive attitude with a strong learning orientation.
Excellent team collaboration skills especially in virtual teams.
Self-motivated with minimal supervision able to communicate directly with clients and report accurately.

Education:

Bachelors in Engineering or a Masters in Computer Applications preferred
