Job Summary

Job Role: Senior QA Automation Engineer (Playwright)

Job Location: Chicago IL 60604 (Onsite Local Candidates Only)

Job Type: Contract

Note: Need 13 years of experience resumes

Experience Required:

13 years overall IT experience.
Minimum 10 years in Automation Testing.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Playwright.

Key Requirements:

Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and design.
Deep hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation.
Solid understanding of end-to-end testing regression and CI/CD integration.
Experience working in enterprise environments (Banking/Financial domain).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
Execute and manage end-to-end automated test suites.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Identify track and resolve defects efficiently.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategy.

This is a replacement position looking for highly strong and technically solid candidates.
