Job Description:
We are looking for a senior domain expert to lead the analysis design and delivery of intelligent supply chain solutions for our energy bar manufacturing operations. This person will combine deep SAP expertise in lot traceability production planning and quality management with the ability to build configure and showcase AI-powered applications in Microsoft Copilot Studio. The role sits at the intersection of SAP functional consulting demand planning and Microsoft Power Platform - translating complex operational problems into working digital tools that business users can adopt immediately.

This person will combine deep SAP expertise in lot traceability production planning and quality management with the ability to build configure and showcase AI-powered applications in Microsoft Copilot Studio. The role sits at the intersection of SAP functional consulting demand planning and Microsoft Power Platform - translating complex operational problems into working digital tools that business users can adopt immediately.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with SAP batch management FEFO shelf-life settings and batch where-used reports in MM/PP/QM/WM. Familiarity with GS1 traceability standards.
Proven ability to configure and optimize MRP in SAP S/4HANA - reorder points safety stock lot sizing MRP types. SAP IBP or APO experience is a strong advantage.
Functional expertise across at minimum three of: MM PP QM WM/EWM SD. Food or FMCG manufacturing experience required.
Ability to design and build custom copilots topics actions and Power Automate flows. Experience connecting copilots to external systems via APIs.
Proficiency in Power Automate Power BI and Data verse.
Experience using SAP connectors within the Power Platform ecosystem.
Working knowledge of OData APIs REST and SAP BTP or equivalent integration middleware for connecting SAP to external applications.
Understanding of food safety regulations allergen management traceability requirements (FSMA HACCP) and production scheduling in an FMCG environment.
Able to present complex SAP and AI topics clearly to non-technical business users. Experience facilitating workshops and delivering live system demonstrations.

Prior experience delivering SAP transformation projects in a food beverage or nutraceutical business.
