Job Summary

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance & Automation Engineer to evaluate and enhance the scalability reliability and responsiveness of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing performance frameworks executing large-scale tests and driving system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute end-to-end performance and load testing for complex applications
Create robust test strategies aligned with business and technical requirements
Analyze system behavior under stress and recommend performance improvements
Log track and validate resolution of performance bottlenecks and defects
Work closely with development DevOps and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases
Build and maintain automated test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines
Contribute to performance engineering best practices and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

10 years of experience in performance testing QA engineering or software development
Strong background in performance engineering and system scalability testing
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Postman Playwright or Selenium
Proficiency with performance testing tools like LoadRunner JMeter or K6
Experience using network monitoring and debugging tools such as Fiddler or Wireshark
Solid understanding of database validation (SQL Server DB2 or similar)
Familiarity with regulatory or compliance testing standards
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
