Production Operator - Contract (Hosur TN)
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team on a contract basis in Hosur Tamil Nadu. This role is integral to our operations within the Auto / Auto Ancillary industry where precision and efficiency are paramount. As a Production Operator you will be responsible for various manufacturing tasks contributing to the smooth and successful production of high-quality automotive components.
Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Perform tasks related to the assembly of automotive parts and components.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety regulations.
- Follow production schedules and instructions from supervisors.
- Identify and report any operational issues or deviations to the relevant personnel.
- Contribute to team efforts by collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals.
- Any educational qualification is acceptable.
- Up to 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in operating production machinery.
- Basic understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
