About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Enrollment Specialist (contractor) to serve as the first point of contact for Hello Heart this role you will support member onboarding and engagement helping individuals successfully enroll in and navigate the Hello Heart program.

This position requires strong communication skills creativity problem-solving ability and a positive can-do attitude. If you are motivated by making a real impact on peoples lives and want to be part of a mission-driven team this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various locations to support enrollment events and member engagement efforts
• Become a product expert and guide users through enrollment and program features during onsite events
• Provide exceptional support to users ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience
• Identify troubleshoot and document technical issues at onsite events escalating when necessary
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve user experience and operational processes

Qualifications

• Experienced using AI tools in your daily workflow
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Demonstrated ability to identify troubleshoot and document technical issues
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others

Compensation

The US compensation for this contractor position is $250 per day per event plus a daily meal per diem aligned with our internal team addition to the per-event rate and per diem all approved travel expenses are covered. Please note that this is a contractor role and is not eligible for benefits bonuses or equity. #LI-DNI
