Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Product Owner / Technical Lead who can take ownership of the codebase and work closely with developers to maintain code quality technical standards and long-term system stability. This role requires relocation to Finland.
Mandatory Technical Skills
You must be technically strong in React ReduxSaga C#.NET SQL and Azure with the ability to guide developers review code and ensure the longterm maintainability of the system.
Responsibilities
1. Product Ownership
- Define and explain the product vision and requirements to the development team.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and technical needs.
- Create user stories acceptance criteria and refine requirements with developers.
- Collect feedback make data-based improvements and support product discovery.
- Coordinate feature releases and track progress using KPIs.
2. Code and amp; Technical Ownership
- Work closely with developers to ensure decisions follow scalable and secure architecture.
- Take ownership of key codebase modules and ensure long-term maintainability.
- Maintain high code quality proper documentation and monitor technical debt.
- Ensure clear ownership of components services and modules.
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to balance new features and refactoring.
- Support coding standards testing practices and deployment of readiness.
- Review design proposals early identify risks and guide technical decisions.
- Ensure product changes do not affect performance security or reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year as a Product Owner Product Manager or similar role.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
- Able to read and understand code and work with engineering teams.
- Strong communication prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with Git CI/CD and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
