Job Summary
Responsible for the direction and supervision of the day-to-day activities of the National Casino Marketing staff for the Atlantic City region and efficient scheduling of leased aircraft and related functions .
Starting Salary $60000
Responsibilities
Prepares and coordinates schedules for all leased aircraft flight operations communicating schedules to the aircraft operation designee according to department procedure
Receives authorized flight requests and prepares schedules
For each leased aircraft operation receives communication regarding operational constraints maintenance requirements and other matters affecting flight schedules and aircraft availability and adjusts flight schedules accordingly
Coordinates catering requirements and communicates to the leased aircraft representative
Arranges for catering preparation delivery & billing
Coordinates ground transportation and handling including pick-up and drop-off for passengers
Coordinates services to ensure passengers are on time for scheduled departure
Arranges for flight crew day rooms as necessary and ensures proper billing
Maintains working knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of flight crews weather and air traffic control as they relate to ensuring a smooth efficient flight schedule
Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relations with other departments in order to secure and maintain their cooperation with marketing programs/events
Handles escalated phone requests from gaming customers for reservations and explains qualifying complimentary criteria
Assigns and delegates daily tasks such as; mail drop-off voicemail signature sheets and greeting groups
Responsible for overall prioritization and ensures all deadlines are met for all tasks but are not limited to; coding SkyForce tour fees and confirmation letters
Responsible for training new hires on LMS CMS SkyForce and group reservations
Provides regular process measurements
Fully complies with all applicable rules regulations laws and policies.
This position is not authorized to issue cash comps of $10000 or more
Qualifications
College degree or equivalent experience. Two to four years prior casino industry travel related experience preferred including aircraft dispatching or equivalent
Knowledge of LMS and CMS systems
Excellent organizational administrative and communication skills
Strong leadership and supervisor skills
Demonstrates excellent customer relation skills
Diverse fast-paced deadline driven multi-project coordination prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
