Associate DevOps Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate DevOps Engineer / Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about automation cloud technologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). You will assist in building maintaining and improving our infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Support deployment monitoring and troubleshooting of applications in cloud environments
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release processes
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reliability
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services
• Maintain documentation for systems processes and configurations
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins Azure DevOps)
• Understanding of networking basics and security best practices
• Scripting skills (PowerShell or similar)
