As an employee atOdolution We are seeking a AssociateFunctional Consultant to bridge the gap between our clients business requirements and Odoos ERP capabilities. You will be responsible for analyzing workflows configuring modules and ensuring successful implementation to optimize business operations.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a get it done spirit. To be successful you will have solid solving problem skills.

Responsibilities
- Analyzeand understand client business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-user.
- Configure and customize as per the customer needs.
- Providetechnical and functional guidance on Odoo best practices.
- Troubleshootand resolve functional issues in Odoo ERP.
- Collaborate with developers.
Must Have
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT Computer Science CA orACCA preferred.
- Proven experience as an AssociateFunctional Consultant (minimum 8 months to 1 years).
- Strongunderstanding of business processes and Odoo.
- Proven experience in ERPConsultancy.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Highly creative and autonomous.
Nice to have
- Odoo Certification.
- Proficiency in core modules of Odoo.
- Google AdWords experience.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
