Job Summary

Requirements:

5 years of experience in Python including strong expertise in Django and familiarity with frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
Proven experience in backend development API design and working within Agile environments.
Solid understanding of frontend technologies including JavaScript and React.
Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL along with caching systems like Redis and Memcached and task scheduling tools.
Experience with cloud platforms and tools including AWS Heroku and Docker.
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and spoken English coupled with strong communication skills and a confident proactive approach.
Experience with LLM integrations is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services and web applications using Python and Django.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
Collaborate with frontend teams to support integration with a working understanding of JavaScript and React.
Manage and optimize relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Lead the backend team providing mentorship and technical guidance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
Ensure code quality performance and scalability of applications.
