We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our central team covering the APAC region. The role will focus on driving growth of our vendor business across the region. This position will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies working closely with the vendor and Ingram global regional and country teams and ensuring objectives are met in alignment with the business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute Global initiatives together with Marketing
  • Localise and define APAC priorities and Strategy
  • Clear understanding of Cisco portfolio and define addressable market for the countries
    • Work with Country CISCO leaders and Sales on TAM address for marketshare gain
  • Align CISCO practice across countries
  • Apply best practice for both GTM and Operation
  • Build Executive coverage network and country leadership engagement
  • Conduct and represent APAC Business reviews
    • MDF / Rebates optimization
    • New buckets of investment from CISCO to accelerate business
    • In the forefront of new/upcoming technology release
    • Share business / operations / technical challenges
  • Ensure APAC readiness in addressing Distributor/Partner progams
  • Maintain view on resource and readiness across APAC
  • Build and Enunciate Ingram Value prop and relevancy to push Ingram up the ranks as most valuable distributor

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of the APAC market and proven ability to work across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to influence and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive execution within a large complex organization.
  • Leadership qualities. Able to work independently and lead initiatives within a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with partner enablement and channel strategies.
