BMW Shuttle Driver

Chapman Automotive Group is hiring a Shuttle Driver to join our team! Were looking for a reliable safety-focused individual who enjoys working with people and supporting dealership operations in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will transport employees between dealership locations and other designated areas ensuring safe timely and efficient travel. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team and contribute to daily operations behind the scenes.

Full-time position $16.50/hour

What Youll Do

Safely transport employees between dealership locations and other assigned destinations in a multi-passenger vehicle
Provide professional courteous interaction with all team members
Assist passengers with entering and exiting the shuttle as needed
Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the shuttle vehicle
Monitor vehicle maintenance needs and report any issues promptly
Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety protocols
Coordinate routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
Assist with additional driving tasks or errands as needed

What Were Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous driving or delivery experience is a plus
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable punctual and safety-conscious
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Schedule & Work Environment

MondayFriday from 6:15am2:15pm
Onsite role at Chapman BMW Camelback in Phoenix
Role requires extended periods of driving a multi-passenger vehicle
Frequent entry and exit of the vehicle and time spent outdoors in varying weather conditions
