The Team:The EMEA Regional Customer Marketing teamis responsible forplanning andexecutingcomprehensiveGoToMarket (GTM) and AccountBasedMarketing(ABM)digital lead generation campaignsto drivesubstantialgrowth through new business leads and existing customer accounts.

We look to create an exceptionalprospect andcustomer experience throughtop to bottom funnelmarketing tactics includingandnot limited topaid social mediadigital advertisingemailandwebinars. The team partner closely withother marketing functionsand commercial sales and editorialteamsto achieve our goals.

The Role:As Regional Marketing Manager (EMEA) you willoperatewith a digital and data mindsettakingstrategic inform fromstakeholders includingProduct Marketing and Commercial Commodity Specialists todesign and execute end-to-end marketingtacticalGTM and ABMplansto drive lead conversion and market share across new and existing accounts.

Managingseveral campaignbudgetsandthefullfunnelmarketing mixincludingbut not limited todigital email andvirtual eventsyou will partner closely withCustomer SuccessSalesandMarketingteams to refine programs and achieve shared growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy strategicGTM and ABMplans across multiple tactics includingbut not limited toemail content syndication display adswebinarsand social media channels to achieve revenue targets.

  • Partner and collaborateeffectivelywithMarketing andCommercial teams inc. Product Marketing SalesSpecialists andAccountManagers to understand customer needs and deliver marketing plans that reflect the customer journey and buying cycle.

  • Leverage and explore AI anddigital tools includingbut not limited to Internal and externalAI Assistants Customer Data Platforms and CRM systems (Marketo) to drivepositiveaudienceexperienceinnovative messaging tightsegmentationandgoodlead quality.

  • Interrogatedata and analytics platforms toassess and optimisecampaign effectiveness and use of digital techniques and processes.

  • Drive knowledgeanddemonstratevalueofMarketingcampaigns;sharelatest leads target audiences contentadvancementsand customer interaction with commercial sales peersthrough attending team meetings.

  • Brief external agenciesacrosscreative digital/ paid social and media planning to deliver campaign activity where necessary.

  • Proven knowledge of theSalesBuyingcycleMarketingFunnel(customer journey)andhow thisimpactssuccessfulB2B campaign planning and executionforlead generationand pipeline contribution/acceleration

  • Proventrack recordof successfulintegrated inbound/outbound marketing campaignsutilising fullmarketing tactical mixto meet identifiedgoals and budgets.

  • ABM-Experience of 1:1 (Key Accounts or 1: Few (Target Sector) ABM;identifyingaccounts strategic planningmessagingand implantation of ABM tools for execution and resultsmapping

  • Knowledge and experience using key business applications includingMarketoSalesForceOn24(webinars) andexternal/ internalAI; ChatGPT CoPilot Gemini optimisetasks

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills ability to turndataanalysis into actionableoutcomesillustrate challenges and actions to stakeholdersand tooptimizeday-to-day performance.

RequiredQualifications:

  • Minimum5years of experiencestrategically planningandtactically executingB2B full funnelmarketing and demand generation campaignsincluding ABM

  • Full experienceoftactical execution includingplanning/ briefing/ building emailprogramflows and copy LinkedIn and Meta platform advertisingwebinarexecutionbriefing content messaging creation etc.

  • High interest anddemonstratedusage of AI platforms for marketing plans/ tasks

  • Self-motivated with strong history ofdemonstratinginitiative to job responsibilities and being proactive across all work

  • Highqualityinterpersonal skills-Proven great working relations across functions includingability toinfluenceand negotiatewith various stakeholder groupsacross external marketing functionsin afast-pacedenvironment

  • Experience in a globalorregional role dealing with and managing multiplecountries/regionsor projects/ tasks

  • Strong dataanalytical skills results-drivenwith the ability to multi-task

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding and interest in commodity markets and current affairs

  • Proficient in CRM/reporting tools such as Marketo

  • Proven use of Social Media channels to drive lead generation

  • Proficiencyin AI platforms to support workflows/ projects
