Regional Performance Analyst

At Aston Martin our brand is built on passion performance and innovation. We are looking for a Regional Marketing Performance Analyst to join our Marketing team and play a key role in shaping how we understand and optimise our global performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data uncovering insights and influencing business decisions in a fast-paced premium brand environment.

The Opportunity

In this role you will support the performance tracking and optimisation of marketing activity across regions. You will work closely with global and regional teams to analyse campaign effectiveness understand customer behaviour and provide clear actionable insights that drive impact.

Youll be at the centre of decision-making helping to ensure our marketing investment delivers strong and measurable results.

What Youll Be Doing

You will collect analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to measure marketing performance across channels and regions. This includes evaluating campaigns identifying trends and highlighting opportunities to improve effectiveness and return on investment.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders across Marketing Digital and Commercial teams you will translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations. You will also support reporting processes helping to create dashboards and performance summaries that inform senior stakeholders.

A key part of the role will involve continuously improving how we track and measure performance ensuring data accuracy and consistency while embedding best practices across regions.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset and experience working with marketing or business performance data. You may come from a marketing analytics digital or commercial background with a good understanding of campaign measurement and reporting.

Youll be comfortable working with data tools and able to present insights in a clear engaging way to a variety of audiences. Strong attention to detail curiosity and a proactive approach are essential.

Equally important is your ability to collaboratebuilding strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing decisions through insight and evidence.
