What We Need:

F.H. Furr isseekinga skilled and organized Dispatcher to play a pivotal role in ensuring our field technicians are dispatched efficiently and effectively. As a vital part of our team you willbe responsible forcoordinating schedules prioritizing calls and providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and projects
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and location
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Coordinate with theteam toallocateresources for emergency calls
• Monitorfield technicians progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Maintainaccuraterecords of service calls and technician activities

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a dispatching or scheduling role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with scheduling software or dispatching systems (experience withServiceTitanis a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented and able to accurately record and relay information
