Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a technological roadmap for business applications and infrastructure responding to business
needs and aligned with the IT Group strategy
Manage the project portfolio in conjunction with the business and apply appropriate project governance
Drive IT service excellence both for applications and infrastructure in a matrixial global environment
Ensure adequate user and local applications support in line with the business targets
Ensure business proximity by acting as a business partner with all key stakeholders
Be an IT ambassador a vector of performance by launching the right initiatives to improve and optimize performance
by responding to local needs
Provide direction guidance and training for the IT Staff (directly managed or not)
Promote and deploy whenever as possible the group solutions. Contribute to the global projects their evolution and
continuous improvements by expressing local needs
At the same time provide agility to the business by deploying local solution whenever adequate
Integrate Cybersecurity policies into all local assets and in collaboration with local stakeholders. Be accountable for
the local Cybersecurity level deploy awareness whenever as needed
Take full ownership of managing all local IT assets (IT Digital e.g. websites... OT SAAS ...)
Ensure compliancy with local legislation and group standards and processes (IT governance LISP GDPR internal
control policy ...)
Drive & guarantee success of docking projects of her/his zone in close collaboration with the Group and the new
subsidiarys team
Monitor delivery service management and level of service of IT in the perimeter by measuring KPIs including CSAT
ratings in line with group standards
Develop manage and track the IT department budget of the zone
Manage the local IT providers.
