Where Youll Make a Difference

• ManageValue to Marketprojects and support execution of fragrance innovation initiatives including strategic technical and creative programs
• Partner closely withScent Design Managers (SDMs) and Senior SDMsto develop compellingHolistic Scent Design (HSD)strategies
• Build knowledge of assignedbrands markets and product portfolios
• Translatemarket and consumer trendsinto learning hypotheses for product and fragrance design
• Map competitive products intocategory and benefit spaces
• Identify and articulatekey insightsacross Product Perfumery Culture Fragrance Design (HSD) Consumer Centricity and Technical Learning
• Apply learnings from theSDM HSD Training Program (Basic level)to daily project execution
• Support structured ways of working within the HSD framework
• Contribute to a collaborative culture through strong execution and partnership

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors degree preferably inMarketing Chemistry or Business
• Solid understanding of thefragrance industry and evaluation processes
• Goodolfactive expertise(completion of an internal smelling test required)
• Experience working withfragrance briefs market insights or product portfolios
• Ability to analyze trends and convert insights intoactionable learnings
• Comfort operating in acrossfunctional collaborative environment
• Strong execution skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and apply structured frameworks and methodologies
