Lets talk about you!

  • Performing service qualification across technologies including NBN fibre and related access services to support solution design

  • Interpreting customer requirements and translating them into structured scalable solution inputs

  • Preparing baseline solution components including bills of materials pricing inputs and supporting documentation

  • Supporting the design and packaging of network voice and managed service solutions in collaboration with Pre-Sales Specialists

  • Owning low complexity opportunities end-to-end within defined guardrails ensuring quality and accuracy

  • Developing clear project scope summaries and handover documentation to enable seamless delivery

  • Partnering with E&G Sales teams to progress opportunities through the pre-sales lifecycle

  • Conducting technical and commercial research to inform solution development and decision-making

How will you support our Why

  • Early career experience in telecommunications IT or a technical environment

  • Foundational understanding of networking connectivity or managed services

  • Genuine interest in technology and delivering customer-focused solutions

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret requirements and apply structured problem-solving

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Industry certifications are advantageous but not essential

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
