Performing service qualification across technologies including NBN fibre and related access services to support solution design
Interpreting customer requirements and translating them into structured scalable solution inputs
Preparing baseline solution components including bills of materials pricing inputs and supporting documentation
Supporting the design and packaging of network voice and managed service solutions in collaboration with Pre-Sales Specialists
Owning low complexity opportunities end-to-end within defined guardrails ensuring quality and accuracy
Developing clear project scope summaries and handover documentation to enable seamless delivery
Partnering with E&G Sales teams to progress opportunities through the pre-sales lifecycle
Conducting technical and commercial research to inform solution development and decision-making
How will you support our Why
Early career experience in telecommunications IT or a technical environment
Foundational understanding of networking connectivity or managed services
Genuine interest in technology and delivering customer-focused solutions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret requirements and apply structured problem-solving
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Industry certifications are advantageous but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
