We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team in St. Louis. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in accuracy and organization this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with us.

What Youll Do

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match purchase orders invoices and receiving documents
• Ensure timely payments and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with month-end closing processes
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations
• Uphold company standards for accuracy confidentiality and compliance

What Were Looking For

• Previous accounts payable or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required
