Job Summary
Job Summary
Provides one-on-one observation of a designated patient. Sitters are under the supervision of the registered nurse and should notify them of any patient needs. Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Performs direct observation as assigned under the direction of licensed nursing personel.
- Provides for patient safety.
- Participates in ongoing educational activities.
- Completes assigned goals.
