Sales Engineer

Job Summary
This is a field-based role focused on distributor management technical solution selling and growing market share within the KwaZulu-Natal region.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve regional revenue and margin targets
Manage and develop distributor and channel partner relationships
Conduct regular customer visits (plant site and industrial environments)
Provide technical product and application support to clients
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasting discipline
Identify new business opportunities within the region
Ensure effective CRM usage and reporting
Deliver professional solution-based customer engagement
Minimum Requirements
BSc / BEng / BTech in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
58 years experience in technical / industrial sales
Experience in engineered products rotating equipment or industrial solutions
Valid drivers license
Willingness to travel extensively (70%)
