Job Summary
Real Estate property is the underlying security for any securedmortgage basedfunding. Hence it becomes imperative to have underlying security to be legally technically clear & fundable. Important aspects of real estate properties are valuation permissions physical condition. This can be done through approved valuers as well as in-house technical team.
This position isrequiredto cater different businesses for Aditya Birla Finance Ltd. which majorly includes:
Construction Finance business
High Value Mortgage business
Retail Mortgage business
Home Loans
Corporate Finance Group
Any other division under Aditya Birla Finance Limited which deals with real estate related finance.
Areas of excellence Includes:
Risk evaluation: Evaluation of different risks related to underlying estate property.
Internal Controls / Audits: Carrying out audits to check security integrity related risks.
Data & MIS Management:Portfolio Management.
Vendor Management: Managing External Valuation Agencies.
Turn Around Time (TAT):Maintainingrequisite TAT through vendors.
General administration: Real Estate UpdatesMaintainingzone Base Master.
