About the Role

Were seeking a driven Marketing Manager who wants toadvance into a full-scope Marketing and Business Development Leaderwhile working closely with company leadership. You will join a highly respectedbusiness development group that boasts 30 years of collective expertiseworking side-by-side with division managers project managers and estimatorswho all play a critical role in business development.

This role is designed for a growth-minded professional who valuescareer advancement technical challenge and direct impact on the work wewin and build.

What Youll Do

In this role youll be involved in the management anddevelopment of a marketing team strategic planning market research andbusiness development.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Develop and implement company wide marketing plans andinitiatives.
• Develop oversee and manage a team of marketingcommunication and creative specialists.
• Lead the development content curation and strategicmessaging of all alternative delivery pursuits company wide.
• Oversee the design implementation and facilitation ofstrategic marketing materials and communications firmwide while continuing todevelop the structure.
• Identify research and create new alternative deliverymarketing and business development strategies while maintaining allpartnerships and relationships.
• Serve as an integral member of the senior management teamdefining ongoing priorities and supervision of budget and supporting the goalsand objectives of the company.
• Participate in industry networking groups (i.e. DBIA AWWANC One Water etc.) attend various associations and events and promote theuse of a client database to generate leads and relationships with clients.
• Work closely with the Division Managers Project Managersand Estimators to understand the objectives; help develop and deliver messagesto reach company objectives; support the delivery of key marketing strategiesand attend trade shows and events that help advance the companys position withclients.

** Some travel required.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in business administration MarketingCommunications or similar area is required.
• 7 years of marketing-related experience preferably in theheavy civil water/wastewater alternative delivery or A/E/C industry.
• A track record of performance managing complex projectsand working effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated strategic thinker with a proven ability todevelop and execute business and marketing plans.
• Exceptional insight into and knowledge of emerging marketingtrends PR/communications and social media.
• Skills and enthusiasm for bringing diverse people togetherto work successfully as a team.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe software (InDesign and Illustrator)
