As a well-established and highly successful organisation GAP Group is undergoing an exciting technology-driven transformation investing significantly in its digital platforms systems and cyber security capabilities.
We have brand new opportunity for a Cyber Security Manager To lead and manage the organisations cyber security function ensuring the confidentiality integrity and availability of information assets. A core responsibility of this role is to lead the implementation of a Cyber Security Improvement Programme which was defined as part of a recent Cyber Security Maturity Assessment.
What Youll Be Doing
Serve as the Programme Led for the Cyber Security Improvement Programme ensuring initiatives identified during the organisations maturity assessment are delivered on time within scope and to required quality standards
Lead the development and maintenance of cyber security policies standards and procedures aligned to recognised industry frameworks
Oversee the management of security tools technologies and platforms including monitoring SIEM endpoint protection identity security and vulnerable management
Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to implement security controls processes and technology improvements
Champion a culture of cyber security awareness across the

What Were Looking for
Proven experience in a senior cyber security role such as Cyber Security Manager or Security Lead
Experience delivering cyber security improvement programmes of security transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks including NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0
Experience of managing third party suppliers
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent report writing skills
