Sr Business Development Manager, Fire TV

Fire TV Channels (FTVC) BD is looking for a talented self-starting Senior BD to join the global FTVC BD team. This person will have two primary objectives. First this person will be a Creator & Podcasts expert in the US. This responsibility will involve working with digital agencies talent managers and creative talent directly and educating them on the FTVC opportunity. This person will provide a critical feedback loop to the FTVC Product team as it builds tools (e.g. a self-service portal for publishers) and policies (e.g. content moderation and takedown) for Creators & Podcasts. Second this person will be own our Fire TV Channels Content Investment Program.

Key job responsibilities
- Execute agreements with and onboard over 30 Creators and Podcasts globally.
- Assist with FTVC GTM strategy for Creators and Podcasts.
- Scale our Content Investment Program in partnership with Product/Editorial.

- 6 years of professional or military experience
- 5 years of developing negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience identifying negotiating and executing complex legal agreements
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology
- MBA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
