Position Summary: The Talent Development Intern will support learning development and organizational effectiveness initiatives that strengthen employee capability engagement and performance. This role combines exposure to learning and development with strong administrative support offering hands-on experience in organizing systems creating processes and supporting people-centered work in a mission-driven nonprofit environment. Key responsibilities include:
Help manage learning platforms (LMS) or shared training resources by uploading content tracking participation and maintaining records Assist with foundational implementation of Leadership Development Program and resources Support development of engagement initiatives materials and learning resources Collaborate to analyze internal talent development data and provide recommendations Conduct research on learning best practices nonprofit talent development trends and tools Provide general administrative support as needed to advance L&D initiatives
Skills:â Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Psychology Education Organizational Development Nonprofit Management or a related field Compassionate patient and sensitive to the needs of people experiencing food insecurity Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
