Job Summary
A well-established design-led international brand is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the full HR function. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who can balance operational excellence with people-centric leadership while supporting business growth and fostering a strong company culture.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Industrial Psychology or related field
Minimum 58 years HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices
Proven experience in employee relations and performance management
Excellent interpersonal leadership and communication skills
High level of integrity discretion and professionalism
Experience within retail fashion or creative industries is advantageous
