Job Summary

Primary responsibilities include:
1. Lead RHQ Reserve staff planning group.
2. Oversee and co-ordinate the RHQ planning team to deliver Regiment-level training.
3. Deliver MS in line with RCMO direction and MS timelines.
4. Generate and train an AR BG HQ on Regt CPX and FTX.
5. Act as Senior Fund Manager
6. Advise CO on matters relating to civic livery and county links.
7. Assume command of RY and deputise in the COs absence as required.
8. Identify and undertake any additional tasks that are required to support RYs mission.
