About the Company:

Location: Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Send and manage client follow-up communications

• Coordinate with editors to ensure deadlines are met

• Track and manage contractsnothing slips through

• Keep ClickUp organized updated and actionable

• Monitor client payments and follow up when needed

• Maintain clean structured Google Drive folders

• Support the smooth execution of daily operations

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Strong written Englishyou communicate clearly and professionally

• Highly detail-oriented and organized

• Reliable executoryou follow directions and get things done right

• Adaptableyou can pivot quickly as processes evolve

• Resourcefulyou figure things out without constant hand-holding

• Comfortable with tools like ClickUp Google Drive Slack etc.

• Prior experience in operations coordination or VA work is a big plus
