Office Automation Services is looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance scalability and reliability

About the Role:

As an SQA Engineer you will be a key contributor to our engineering team working closely with developers and support teams to design execute and continuously improve testing strategies. Youll play a hands-on role in both manual and automated testing while championing best QA practices across the organization.

What Youll Do:

• Collaborate with development and support teams to define and implement effective test strategies
• Create maintain and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and QA documentation
• Perform manual and automated testing for web mobile and desktop applications
• Analyze test results identify defects and clearly report bugs with actionable insights
• Investigate complex issues determine root causes and support timely resolution
• Promote QA best practices tools and automation frameworks
• Continuously enhance QA processes to improve efficiency and product qualityWhat Were Looking For

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

Experience & Skills:

• 2 years of experience in software testing (manual and automated)
• Hands-on experience testing web mobile and desktop applications
• Exposure to .NET Core Angular and Python
• Strong ability to write clear reusable test cases and documentation
• Experience with automation tools such as Appium
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG JUnit or Cucumber
• Experience using Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CircleCI etc.)
• Proficiency with JIRA and other test or project management tools
• Solid understanding of SQL and data validation techniques
