Introduction:
The Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for the technical architecture development and maintenance of the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on transitioning manual document-heavy processes into high-efficiency automated digital workflows to scale our impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Automation & Workflow Design
Design and implement Salesforce Flows to replace manual entry such as auto-populating.
Develop automation triggers
Implement complex business logic such as the Full Box rule where the system automatically converts orders of 6 or more single units into a box SKU.
2. Systems Integration & Order Management
Manage the lifecycle of online orders implementing auto-accounting approval triggers for Credit Card and Account Balance payments.
Automate the generation of Accounting Tasks for Bill Me orders to streamline the invoicing process.
Transition legacy Excel Macro-based tools into native Salesforce Order Builders to prevent data loss and improve reporting accuracy.
3. Data Integrity & Lifecycle Support
Enforce strict data validation rules to maintain a clean database.
Configure Custom Metadata and Object Relationships between Campaigns
Clear System Information fields automatically during order revisions to ensure accurate audit trails.
Qualifications
Salesforce Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow Builder Apex Triggers and Validation Rules.
Data Management: Proficiency in managing complex account hierarchies (e.g. School Districts as Parent Accounts).
Operational Insight: Ability to translate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into technical functional requirements.
Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce Mobile App SharePoint integrations and legacy Excel macros.
