Quality Control Associate

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for ensuring that manufactured parts meet all quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision manufacturing environments and a strong understanding of inspection processes measurement tools and blueprint Responsibilities:Perform in-process and final inspections on machined partsRead and interpret blueprints GD&T and technical drawingsUse precision measuring instruments such as calipers micrometers gauges and height gaugesDocument inspection results and maintain accurate quality recordsIdentify and report non-conforming materials and assist with corrective actionsConduct first article inspections as neededWork closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work environmentFollow all safety and quality proceduresQualifications:2 years of experience in a quality inspection role within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&TExperience using precision measuring tools (calipers micrometers etc.)Familiarity with inspection documentation and reportingHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team settingPreferred Qualifications:Experience in CNC machining or precision manufacturingCMM experience (operation or programming is a plus)Knowledge of ISO quality standardsPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs as neededManual dexterity for handling small parts and toolsWhy Join Us:Competitive pay based on experienceOpportunity for growth and advancementClean safety-focused work environmentStable full-time opportunity with consistent hours
