Job Overview

We are seeking an Icertis Solution Consultant to provide ongoing functional and technical support for the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICM) platform. This role ensures smooth system operations resolves user issues and supports continuous improvements aligned with business needs in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) legal procurement and sales processes. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT supporting configurations integrations and system health.

Key Responsibilities

1. Application Support & Issue Resolution
   • Provide L2/L3 support for the Icertis ICM platform including incident and problem management.
   • Troubleshoot issues with workflows templates clause libraries and integrations.
   • Analyze root causes and implement fixes enhancements or workarounds.
   • Manage incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
   • Create/maintain user guides knowledge base articles and FAQs.
   • Monitor data flows and troubleshoot integration issues (e.g. with ERP or CRM).
   • Collaborate with legal procurement and sales teams to align with business processes.
   • Coordinate with IT and external vendors for integration troubleshooting.
   • Provide status updates reports and dashboards.

1. Configuration & Enhancements
   • Perform minor enhancements and configuration changes (e.g. workflow updates template/Clause modifications).
   • Adjust approval matrices and roles/permissions.
   • Support periodic releases and patch updates.

Required Skills

• Functional: Strong CLM understanding knowledge of legal contracting procurement or sales processes.
• Technical: Hands-on Icertis ICM configuration (workflows templates) basic APIs/integrations JSON/XML SQL preferred.
• Experience: 7 10 years in CLM or enterprise application support; 3 5 years with Icertis preferred. Strong problem-solving fast-paced environment skills.
• Mandatory: Lead to Revenue Consulting Functional.
