Job Summary

Role: Senior Grants Manager

Location: Austin TX or Anywhere in Texas or Anywhere in Colorado

Duration: Full Time

Summary:

Responsible for grant and contractual oversight expediting grants through the technical partner and maintaining communication with project stakeholders (the clients donors internal participants and technical partner(s)). This roles success heavily depends on a close working relationship with project partners and delivering on the client donors expectations.

Specific requirements are as follows:

Coordinate with internal stakeholders during grant planning

Evaluate eligibility alignment with the client donors goals and assist in determining funding priorities

Maintain a database of current and potential funders goals and priorities

Interface with grantees (primarily in India) and the clients technical partner(s) in person several times a year

Work directly with the clients technical partner(s) to expedite (traffic manage) proposed projects by providing any needed technical support and ensuring technical partners timely attention to the process

Support donor grant proposal development

Review proposals for accuracy clarity and alignment with the client and donors priorities

Monitor that the client maintains a timely dispersal of funds to grantees
