Job Summary
- Serve as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert and strategic advisor for a nonprofit organization.
- Assess and review the current Salesforce nonprofit environment for architectural automation and process inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain an optimization roadmap with prioritized near-term and long-term improvements.
- Reduce reliance on external vendors by strengthening internal Salesforce capabilities and governance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (administration architecture reporting and marketing automation) to enhance platform ownership and efficiency.
- Perform or oversee Salesforce configuration development and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for data model design integrations reporting and governance structures.
- Analyze underutilized tools (e.g. Tableau) and recommend optimization repurposing or retirement.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce guidance and support to business users during standard working hours.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to modernize and optimize the Salesforce environment.
