Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Demand Generation & Architecture: Formulate and execute
integrated marketing strategies across North America EU and APAC.
Oversee end-to-end implementation of marketing technology upgrades
(e.g. Adobe Campaign Oracle Eloqua) to reduce data ingestion times
and increase campaign velocity.
High-Value Deal Pursuit: Lead solution architecture scoping and
estimation for digital transformation deals Manage complex RFPs for
new and existing clients focusing on Marketing Automation Platforms
and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Retention: Design tailored ABM
programs for high-value retail prospects. Engineer customer journeys
focused on Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and retention utilizing real-
time data to boost enrollment and conversion rates.
Global Operations & Scaling: Orchestrate multi-tenant enterprise
marketing management systems. Lead cross-functional global teams (5
members) across multiple geographies including the US India to
reduce business impact and avoid revenue losses.
Thought Leadership & Content Strategy: Partner with technical
stakeholders to produce high-impact content leveraging Harvard
Business Review-style case studies and industry research to bridge the
gap between theory and practice.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 15 years of achievement-driven experience in global IT
services consulting or product management. Proven track record in
Marketing Automation Product Roadmap development and Business
Development.
Education: MBA in Marketing Management or equivalent from a premier
institution.
Technical Proficiency: Deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience
Cloud Oracle Eloqua IBM Unica and Linux. Advanced knowledge of
SQL ETL and API responses (Postman) for marketing system
integration.
GTM & Strategy: Expert in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy PRD/BRD
repository management (Confluence/Aha) and Agile methodologies.
Certifications: Preferred certifications in Adobe Campaign Adobe
Experience Cloud and ITIL.
Cloud Oracle Eloqua IBM Unica and Linux. Advanced knowledge of
SQL ETL and API responses (Postman) for marketing system
integration.
GTM & Strategy: Expert in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy PRD/BRD
repository management (Confluence/Aha) and Agile methodologies.
Certifications: Preferred certifications in Adobe Campaign Adobe
