Job Description:

The Top key Reponsibilities:

Onboard new supply chain partners (OEMs ODMs Rack Integrators VMIs) onto
Build and implement EDI and ERP integrations for new vendors
Manage partner-side integration testing
Drive go-live for new feed types
Develop repeatable onboarding playbooks
Conduct partner technical enablement sessions
Own health reliability and continuous improvement of all active vendor integrations
Manage feed health across Inventory Manufacturing Shipments and Assets domains
Resolve data quality issues and maintain SLA compliance
Perform SLA miss triage and escalation
Maintain end-to-end feed health visibility across all integrated partners

Mandatory Requirements:

2-4 years in the below

EDI Protocols Expertise

EDI-830 (Forecast)
EDI-204 (Transportation Booking)
EDI-856 (Advanced Shipment Notification)
EDI transformation and mapping

ERP Systems Experience

SAP (particularly SAP MRP planner output feeds)
Oracle
Direct ERP-to-ERP integrations

Supply Chain Systems Integration

Experience with supply chain data integration
Understanding of inventory manufacturing shipments and assets data flows
Knowledge of OEM VMI RI and 3PL ecosystems

Data Quality Management:

SLA monitoring and compliance
Feed health management
Root cause analysis for data quality issues
Data accuracy timeliness completeness and consistency validation

Integration Patterns

System-to-system connectivity
API-based integrations
Real-time data exchange mechanisms

Operational Skills:

Vendor relationship management
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Documentation of integration processes
Performance monitoring and reporting
Escalation management

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills for vendor engagement
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume operational environment
Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Inventory Manufacturing Shipments Assets)
