Job Description:

Manage a portfolio of key clients in freight forwarding (air sea and multimodal shipments)

Build strong long-term relationships with customers and act as the main point of contact

Understand client supply chain needs and provide customized logistics solutions

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services (warehousing customs clearance value-added services)
-
Achieve revenue and volume targets for assigned accounts
-
Support RFQs tenders and contract negotiations
-
Customer Service & Operations Coordination
-
Coordinate with internal teams (operations pricing documentation customs clearance) to ensure smooth shipment execution
-
Monitor shipment performance and proactively resolve issues (delays detention demurrage etc.)

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer requirements
