We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Manager Sales Strategy and Transformation in the Manufacturing Sector. This is a fixed-term contract (FTC) role based in Delhi offering an exciting opportunity to drive impactful sales initiatives within a leading organization.. *Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and lead sales transformation initiatives to enhance organizational performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and align sales operations with business objectives. Provide strategic insights and leadership to optimize sales processes improve efficiency and achieve revenue targets.
*Mandatory skill sets Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive competitive advantage and strategic decision-making. Lead change management efforts within the sales organization ensuring smooth execution and adoption of transformation programs. Monitor and evaluate the success of sales strategies providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
*Preferred skill sets:
Strong preference for candidates with a background in the manufacturing sector possessing in-depth knowledge of industry dynamics and best practices.
*Years of experience required Experience: 1525 years of progressive experience in sales strategy sales transformation or related roles preferably within the manufacturing sector.
Education Qualification: A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree. Proven track record of leading successful sales transformation projects and driving organizational growth. Exceptional leadership analytical and problem-solving skills.
