Job Description for BY Catman Technical Consultant (5 to 7 years of exp)

Scope of the job:

As a Technical Consultant focusing on Category Management you will contribute to designing and implementing system architectures that align with business needs. You'll estimate workloads for implementation collaborate on integration assessments and tackle technical issues with moderate oversight. Your skills in optimizing database components and system configurations are essential for ensuring smooth operations.

What You'll Do:
•
Code Upgrade: Assist in upgrading code from older versions of Catman to the latest version.
•
Problem Resolution and Technical Support: Address technical issues with guidance and offer support to project teams.
•
Technical Analysis and Communication: Help conduct technical analysis sessions with customers and project teams to understand code and provide appropriate solutions.

What We Are Looking For:
•3 to 4 years of development experience in Catman.
•Solid development experience and a good understanding of SQL.
•Good development experience framework using and C#.
•Familiarity with performance tuning and basic database administration.
•Understanding of technical platforms infrastructure and database structures.
•Problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
•Good communication skills both verbal and written.
•Ability to collaborate with team members and relevant parties to resolve issues and estimate timelines.
•Support customers during implementation focusing on product performance support and maintenance.
•Provide technical assistance to project teams including design review software installation configuration troubleshooting and system testing.
•Participate in developing practice aids and best-practice collateral to contribute to growth in the practice.
•Assist in technical analysis sessions with customers and project teams to capture functional and technical requirements aiding in developing tailored solutions.
•Communicate solution architecture and database interactions related to project needs effectively.
•Share knowledge with the team on best practices and emerging technology.
