ViralChilly is looking for a passionate and motivated LinkedIn Outreach Intern. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and research skills along with a basic understanding of LinkedIn networking lead generation and professional outreach. This role is perfect for students freshers or aspiring digital marketing professionals who are eager to learn grow and gain hands-on experience working on real outreach and business development projects.
Selected interns day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify founders marketers and key decision-makers on LinkedIn.
2. Research prospects for partnerships collaborations and lead-generation opportunities.
3. Create personalized connection requests outreach messages and follow-up communications.
4. Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and track engagement and response metrics.
5. Coordinate with SEO content and business development teams to support outreach initiatives.
6. Maintain accurate outreach databases prospect lists and performance trackers.
7. Build and nurture professional relationships with industry professionals and brand owners.
8. Monitor conversations responses and meeting conversion rates.
9. Recommend improvements to outreach messaging and response optimization strategies.

Other requirements
1. Candidates currently based in Jaipur are preferred.
2. Strong written English and communication skills are required.
3. Interest in SEO digital marketing partnerships and online communication is desirable.
4. A research-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail is valued.
5. An organized proactive and self-driven personality is preferred.
6. Good follow-up and task management abilities are important.
7. A professional and confident communication style is expected.
8. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
9. Openness to learning feedback and collaborative work culture is appreciated.
10. A reliable accountable and solution-oriented attitude is preferred.
11. Candidates pursuing or completing BA MA BBA MBA BCA or marketing-related courses will be preferred.
12. Basic understanding of SEO backlinks or digital marketing concepts will be beneficial.
13. Prior exposure to outreach content marketing or email communication will be considered an advantage.
