About the Role
Were looking for a confident energetic and outgoing Growth Intern to join our team.
Were hunting for a charismatic Intern who can turn complex HR and HR Tech challenges into exciting opportunities and grow the practise.
You will be responsible for reaching out to leads conducting product discussions and converting them into customers.
You will talk to senior stake holders HR managers and business owners understand their problems and show them how our partners smart HR software can make their work easier from payroll and attendance to performance tracking and employee management.
If youre someone who communicates well stays positive even after hearing no and wants hands-on experience in HR Tech sales wed love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to leads through calls emails WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
Explain the benefits of the HRIS platform to HR Heads CHROs and business owners.
Understand their HR requirements and pain pointsconvert leads into customers.
Maintain good relationships with clients even after closing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.
Maintain proper records in CRM.
Build long-term relationships with B2B clients.
Bring fresh ideas to support the teams growth.
Who Were Looking For
Qualifications:
Recently completed BBA BCom BA BBM or any Graduation ( batch preferred).
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent communication (English regional languages)
Confidence while speaking with senior professionals.
Strong persuasion and listening skills.
Positive attitude to handle rejection.
Resilience (ability to handle No)
Basic understanding of HR processes (payroll attendance recruitment etc.)
Good-to-Have Skills:
Natural sales aptitude and hustler mindset.
Good research and lead qualification skills.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or CRM tools.
Proactive organized and a quick learner.
Professional yet approachable personality.
