Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in adding reviewing and updating annotations in BIM models (Revit AutoCAD etc.)
- Ensure all annotations follow project/company BIM standards and guidelines
- Support the preparation of construction drawings layouts and documentation
- Maintain consistency and clarity in text dimensions tags and symbols
- Collaborate with architects engineers and BIM coordinators to resolve annotation issues
- Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Help organize and manage annotation libraries and templates
- Assist in extracting annotated views sheets and schedules
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field
- Basic knowledge of BIM tools (Autodesk Revit AutoCAD)
- Understanding of construction drawings and drafting standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow guidelines and maintain consistency
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with BIM standards (ISO LOD naming conventions)
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks or other coordination tools
- Exposure to annotation styles templates and documentation workflows
- Good communication and teamwork skills
