TheDirector of Project Deliveryleads the governance and execution of PwCs technology roadmap guiding a team of project professionals to deliver high-quality business-critical initiatives. As part of a team focused on enabling technology and business change the role helps PwCoperatemore effectively and better serve its clients across industries. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the PwC Network this role connects strategy to execution by shaping priorities enabling delivery teams and ensuring each initiative delivers clear measurable value.

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Lead and coach a team of project professionals building high-performing delivery teams across project management change and business analysis.

  • Own portfolio planning andprioritization balancing demand capacity risks and business priorities across the technology roadmap.

  • Oversee governance and provide cleartimelyreporting to senior stakeholders on delivery progress risks and key decisions.

  • Ensure consistent delivery standards and strong project controls across all initiatives to support high-quality outcomes.

  • Support smooth transition of projects into business-as-usual with a focus on benefitsrealizationand continuous improvement.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships aligning delivery with businessneedsand communicating clearly to enable effective decisions.

  • 8 years experiencein project and programme delivery including leading complex technology and business change initiatives in lean vendorsupported environments.

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)

  • Relevant delivery or portfolio management certification (e.g. MSP PRINCE2 Practitioner PMP or equivalent)

  • Proven people leadership capability with experience coaching teams and uplifting delivery maturity across a technology portfolio.

  • Strong portfolio governance stakeholderengagementand delivery assurance capability.

  • Experience working with finance and senior leaders on investment tradeoffs forecasting and benefits and value tracking.

  • Experienceoperatingin largecomplexor matrixed organisations with an understanding of riskassuranceand decisionmaking environments.
