Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Billing:Prepare and process Client RA bills Final bills and Sub-contractor certificates.
Site Measurement:Conduct physical measurements for road and building works; maintain official Measurement Books (MB).
Site Supervision:Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure work is executed according to drawings quality standards and safety protocols.
Data Management:UseAdvanced Excelfor quantity take-offs Material Reconciliation and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Coordination:Liaise between Site teams Procurement and Clients to resolve disputes and ensure timely bill certification.
