Job Summary
Torreon Golf Club is seeking a Golf Shop Attendant! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. The Golf Shop Attendant at Torreon Golf Club is responsible for delivering a welcoming professional and service-driven experience to our members and guests. This role supports the daily operations of the golf shop and plays an essential part in maintaining the high standards expected at a private club.
Primary responsibilities

- checking in members and guests managing the tee sheet processing merchandise sales answering phone calls assisting with tournament preparation
- ensuring the golf shop remains organized and presentable at all times.
- develop product knowledge of apparel equipment and club services in order to provide informed recommendations and enhance the member experience.

- strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude professionalism and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.
